Celebrating Evan Vaughn's 27th birthday, a milestone filled with joy, love, and community spirit! Despite being diagnosed with a brain tumor at the age of two and given a life expectancy of only 10 years, Evan has defied the odds and continues to inspire everyone around him.

This special celebration, potentially the last birthday Evan shares with his mom Janet, was made extraordinary by the combined efforts of Hospice Home Care Hot Springs, Hospice Home Care Little Rock, and The Hospice Home Care Inpatient Center (CCC) and LOTS of of love from the people of Little Rock and the surrounding area. They all came together to honor Evan's remarkable journey with an unforgettable Iron Man-themed parade, reflecting his strength and resilience.

“Whenever his day is, things like this, he won’t ever be gone. He’ll always be with us,” Janet said.

Facing the end of life can be hard. Facing it alone, in the absence of family, friends, financial resources and qualified caregivers, is even harder.

The Tribute of Life Foundation believes that everyone deserves to complete their journey in a warm, clean bed, surrounded by people who care deeply about meeting their medical, social, emotional and spiritual needs. Through our 'No One is Alone' initiative, we are committed to funding two beds in the Comfort Care Center for people who could not afford it otherwise.
